Our handling of personal data

Universitetsservice US-AB care about your privacy and comply with EU data protection laws (GDPR).

If you are a customer at US-AB, we may have the following information about you:

• Name
• Company
• Phone
• E-mail address
• Invoice information (address or e-mail)
• Possible delivery details

The information is stored in our business system Fortnox to be able to produce and deliver as well as send invoices. To learn more about how Fortnox follows GDPR and protects your data, please visit this link.

Your data:

The information from our business system fis included in your order all the way to the final delivery. After that, your order is filed with your information for 7 years according to the Bookkeeping Act. Some e-mails are also saved. These e-mails are stored to easily find information about an order.

Who has access to the information about you?

The staff at US-AB can access information about our customers through Fortnox (the business system). The program is password protected and is only used internally.

Universitetsservice US-AB does not share personal data with third parties.

If you wish to take part of the information we have stored about you, you may request it by sending an email to info(a)us-ab.com. We will contact you to ensure your identity so that we send the information to the correct person. You can then contact us about what information you want us to remove.
